BeerCo Honey Vlavour™ distillate is a novel product that allows the addition of a true to type honey flavour without the accompanying sugars. It has high solubility and clarity which makes it well suited for beverage application requiring optical clarity but also requiring authentic honey flavour.

Lifted, floral, blossom flavours that you would expect from high quality Australian pure honey. Specific high honeys are sourced for each batch made and the exact flavour will vary both seasonally and by supplier.

Usage Guidance:

Typical addition rates: 0.5 to 5g per 1 Kg of finished beverage (0.05% - 0.5%)
Note: Recommended addition not to exceed 20g of Vlavour™ per 1Kg of finished product
Add as close to kegging/bottling/canning as possible to maximise aromatic retention in finished product.

Used in beverage applications including seltzers, RTDs and Canned Cocktails e.g. Honey Bourbon & Cola, Whisky Liqueurs, Honey Vodkas (Krupnik), Honey Gins, lighter beer styles and Cider and Mead.
